Option 1: Skip the post-pricing form and send homeowners straight to scheduling

This is the most common setup and is designed to reduce friction.

How it works:

  1. Homeowner enters name, email, or phone on Step 1

  2. Homeowner views pricing results

  3. Homeowner is redirected to your online booking calendar to complete scheduling

What you’ll receive:

  • Contact information captured before pricing

  • A notification when the homeowner is redirected to the scheduling flow

Tradeoffs:

  • Upside: Fewer visible steps after pricing and a smoother booking handoff

  • Downside: Some contact details may need to be re-entered in the scheduling tool



Option 2: Keep the post-pricing form, then redirect to scheduling

This setup prioritizes lead certainty over booking flow smoothness.

How it works:

  1. Homeowner views pricing results

  2. Homeowner completes the post-pricing submission form

  3. Homeowner is redirected to your online booking calendar to complete scheduling

What you’ll receive:

  • Contact information captured after pricing

  • A complete submission even if scheduling is not finished

Tradeoffs:

  • Upside: Contact information is always captured, even if scheduling is not completed

  • Downside: Entering similar information twice in sequence can feel redundant to homeowners
