How do I add EDEN as a user to my ServiceTitan account?
To enable EDEN to assist, you’ll need to create a user account for us in ServiceTitan with specific permissions. Here’s how:

Go to Settings (gear icon upper right corner)

People > Employees > Add

Employee Name: EDEN

Company Position: Administrator

Role: Admin
-
Leave business unit blank

Email: help@e-denhomes.com

Mobile Phone: 888-817-8896

New Account Status: Send invitation via email

Under the “Permissions” tab at the top, make sure import/export permissions and API application access are both checked.
