How do I add EDEN as a user to my ServiceTitan account?

To enable EDEN to assist, you’ll need to create a user account for us in ServiceTitan with specific permissions. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon upper right corner)

  2. People > Employees > Add

    • Employee Name: EDEN

    • Company Position: Administrator

    • Role: Admin

    • Leave business unit blank

    • Email: help@e-denhomes.com

    • Mobile Phone: 888-817-8896

    • New Account Status: Send invitation via email

  3. Under the “Permissions” tab at the top, make sure import/export permissions and API application access are both checked.

  4. We will then get an email that will prompt us to create a username "eden{yourcompany}" and password
