What can I customize in Instant Quote after launch or during onboarding?

Once your Instant Quote is live, you can customize a range of standard and optional settings. 

Standard settings:

  • Parts and labor warranties
  • Financing APR, term, and pre-qualification link
  • Images, marketing text, logo
  • Brand colors: primary, secondary, accent
  • Set service area by zip code
  • Rebate eligibility and participation
  • Cross-Domain tracking in Google Analytics 

Optional customizations: 

  • Redirect homeowners to an online booking calendar after pricing
  • Capture homeowner phone and or email on the first step of Instant Quote
  • Enable contact form for water heater requests on the first step of Instant Quote
  • Custom tier labels (Good, Better, Best, Fantastic)
  • Incentives included directly in total price (homeowners see pricing after incentives)
  • Custom FAQ page
  • Post-submission survey
  • Mobile-specific images and marketing text
  • Promotional discounts (seasonal or limited-time, percent or fixed, applied to select systems)
  • Enable integration with Service Titan and EDEN to automatically send submissions to your Service Titan and tag EDEN as the Booking Provider
