When should I expect a response from the EDEN team?

Our standard response times and what to expect for common requests.

You can expect to hear back from our team within 24–48 hours on business days. Here’s what to expect for specific requests:

  • Onboarding support: Typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.

  • Pricing updates or changes: Processed in 3–5 business days, often faster depending on queue volume.

  • Equipment product changes: Usually require about 1 week due to complexity of changing existing product lines to the new types with accurate serial numbers and AHRI matching. 

  • Content changes (e.g. service areas, financing terms, copy edits): Completed on a rolling basis within 3–5 business days.

  • Urgent issues (e.g. Instant Quote isn’t loading, pricing not showing): Prioritized ASAP. Email us at help@e-denhomes.com and text 888-817-8896 anytime, including after hours. (You may see an after hours message but we will reply as quickly as possible)
